Kiara is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Reiki practitioner living in North Vancouver. After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and embarking upon her Nutrition program, she knew that her career would revolve around designing individual solutions to eating and overall wellness. She utilizes frameworks like Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size & finds fulfillment in helping people find a new way to relate to food.

A registered holistic nutritionist (RHN) is a professional trained in natural nutrition and complementary therapies whose principal function is to educate individuals about the benefits and health impacts of optimal nutrition. Instead of focusing on just one aspect of the person or taking a one-size-fits all methodology, a holistic approach is taken because of the deep interrelatedness between the body, mind and spirit in overall personal wellness. RHNs use nutritional science and symptomatology assessments to understand the body on an organ system-level basis and create unique strategies as solutions.
